They are very similar. Fractional HR is a service in which an HR professional provides HR expertise for a specific timeframe. Some competitors will place a contract or temporary HR professional to be part of your team. As an “outsourced service” you have access to our entire team and a full suite of HR services to meet your specific needs. Our goal is to integrate with your team and assimilate to your culture while doing great work.

Most often, a few key indicators point to the need for HR support, including:

Contracts are a year in length, and clients are invoiced monthly.

Our outsourcing contracts vary in size from 10 – 40 hours per month.

It is okay. Things happen sometimes and we flex accordingly. We allow for a carry-over of hours for 30 days.

Our consulting projects are done on a project fee basis based on an anticipated amount of hours needed to fulfill the project scope.

We do not provide retainers. We believe great HR includes developing strong relationships and supporting our clients on an on-going basis versus as needed. 

Our clients range from as few as 5 employees and growing to as large as 350+ employees.

Yes. We often partner with existing HR team members in larger organizations. Based on their experience, we adjust to the specific type of leadership/support role they need.

Yes, we can. There are many things a PEO can offer that can be beneficial to a client. However, many clients use us to complement their work and provide day-to-day support which aligns with the culture of the organization.

We are not an insurance provider. As a 3rd party, we support our clients in selecting a broker, and liaison between broker and client. We offer our advice and consult in crafting a competitive employee benefit plan. We are also there for open enrollment and on-going benefit questions from your employees.

We do not provide any payroll services. As a 3rd party, we have supported our clients in selecting a payroll provider, and liaison between provider and client, and we assist in troubleshooting payroll issues.
