Talent Acquisition Service Levels

Birdie HR offers four levels of Talent Acquisition Services. In addition to the services outlined below, each level offers implementation of an applicant tracking system site (billed monthly with no markup), benchmark compensation for the role, and help with the creation of the job description and announcement.

Contract Service Levels

These levels are contract or flat fee based.

Exclusive Full Cycle Search
This includes an in-depth discussion with our clients to best understand their culture, establish ideal criteria and fit for the organization. We manage the full pipeline process which includes searching for passive candidates, reviewing resumes, and candidate communication. We conduct multiple HR interviews and present final recommendation of 2–3 candidates for you to interview. In addition, we support our clients with full service management of the internal interview process, including shepherding of candidates throughout, leading candidate consensus for the hiring team, and conducting negotiation through the finalization of the job offer to the selected candidate.

Talent Search
This level of service is similar to a traditional executive recruiter, which includes understanding your needs, creating an ideal profile, searching for passive candidates and managing the candidate pipeline. We will screen resumes, do initial video screenings, and forward candidates for you to interview.

Subscription Service Levels

These levels utilize subscription hours.

Pipeline and Screening
Our team will take care of posting the job onto job boards, screening resumes, and completing an initial video screening of candidates prior to passing them on to you. No passive candidate search.

Candidate Flow
We will assist with setting up an applicant tracking system and post the job. You will have visibility to the full pipeline and select candidates to continue in the process. No passive candidate search or screening.
